for provision of Psychological and Consultancy Services

1. Fees are payable at the time of treatment.

2. Payment may be made by cash, credit/debit card or cheque if accompanied by a bank card

3. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at the full hourly rate

4. Clients are responsible for the payment of fees unless referred by a solicitor or other party with whom credit terms have been agreed in writing in advance

5. Patients with medical insurance will be given a receipt with which to claim reimbursement from their insurance company
